My previous pick from yesterday was AAP to the long-side and my stock pick for today is EIX to the short-side. EIX doesn’t have a powerful chart to the downside as I’d like to see, but you can see that there’s plenty of history. The month chart is strong and stable; so don’t focus on this one for a long time as far as the position is concerned. Your mid-term week is very strong and very stable. I love the look of it. Looking to your short-term day there’s tons of power today and tons of selling pressure.

Today we’re continuing to rally in the stock market. The underlying theme is that we continue to go down in crude oil. That’s a relationship that we continue to see. Right now if we look at crude oil, it’s up about $.60. We’re hanging around this 125 level, and the next level of significant support is going to be 121 and 121.60. If that fails then you could see a major correction because we’re breaking the overall upward trend line. This is the dynamic we’re working on now. Crude oil drifted again lower yesterday, so if you look at the 80 minute chart you can see it stair stepping down. It drifted lower yesterday so that positive for stocks. Once again we continue to climb and if you look at the Dow you can see a nice weekly chart but be aware of the ominous downward trend. This may be setting itself up as a swing and intermediate trade candidate.

HK – This stock pulled back today. It’s good for the long though. Has three green wisemen and a fresh cross.

The bolt up active long strategy is great today. It has a trailing stop.

Today is a pretty active day, so for a wizetrade, it’s best to watch the video. It’s kind of hard to hear Kevin, so listen carefully.

There was a little bit of an uptake into the market Thursday. On the DOW, futures were up 73. We’re up a little bit now 8 points. This may be a set up to the downside with a little bit of a bounce. If you look at the daily chart, you can see where we’re trading sideways. There’s a very strong long-term chart. The good news is the trend is slowing, so if you’re trading short, you’ll get a nice raise soon.

The DOW was down 57-58 points last week.

The little bit of dollar strength is helping oil a bit. The oil markets appear to be setting up as swing trades.

There was a recent news report that corn and beans may rise, as the heat is drying out crops. So beware of that.

Previous stock pick from last week: KRE to the short side.

Stock pick for today: KMB to the short side.

KMB – Good strength and good stability on the month chart. Overextended on the week chart. This is definitely not a trade you went to get into and stay in forever.

Forex pick for today: GBP/USD. Look for some extension to the high side and a little bit of dollar weakness. The long term and short term chart is a little sideways. The short term day has a bit of over extension. This can be a wizetrade if done properly. Don’t hang onto it for too long though.

My Review:

There’s nine great opportunities today. Most of them are short.  For exact stocks, refer to the video above.

LM – Has an accelerated move to the downside. It was up a little bit earlier, but the overall trend is down.

The best trade strategy for today is the: super active trade short.

MGM had a big day today to the upside. Let the three fast wise men carry this trend and ride it down.

NDAQ – Rallied downwards today. The overall trend isn’t that great.
